HopeWorks offers paid transitional employment through community beautification, city-supported projects, clean-up initiatives, and other workforce development opportunities. Participants gain structured work experience while building job skills, discipline, and confidence.

Yes. In addition to paid work, participants receive mentorship, job readiness coaching, and guidance with practical needs such as identification, driver’s licenses, resumes, and employment applications.
